National resistance programme to the electoral hold-up, in the perspective of Mr Biya’s swearing-in ceremony in november (date still unknown)

1 - IN CAMEROON

- Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th: Write on all media (T-shirt, car, bus, etc.): "NO TO HOLD-UP"

- Friday 26th, Saturday 27th, Sunday 28th:
RECOLLECTION AND PRAYER FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE (in places of worship) and replenishment of homes.

- Saturday 27th: Douala Special: 9:30 am Crossing on foot and with bare hands of the first bridge over the Wouri.

- Paris Special: 10:00 am Rally and protest march at the Trocadero.

- Monday 01st Nov: 7:00 to 7:05: "5 mn TO SCARE THE THIEF AWAY" by tapping on any medium that produces resonance (horn, whistles, pots, drums) followed by 10 minutes of inactivity.

- Day before the swearing-in ceremony of Mr. BIYA (date still unknown): EVERYONE IN WHITE (shirt, t-shirt, trousers, kaba, etc.)

- On the day of Mr BIYA’s swearing-in ceremony in all the cities of Cameroon: PACIFIC PROTEST RALLY AGAINST HIS SWEARING-IN in front of the D.Os’ offices, S.D.Os’ offices and Governors’ offices.

. In Yaoundé, at the Omnisport Stadium Esplanade: THE PRESIDENT ELECT WILL ADDRESS THE RESISTANCE PEOPLE.

. In Douala, CARREFOUR Ndokotti: Collective broadcast on cell phones of the of PRESIDENT ELECT’s address.

2 - OUT OF CAMEROON 

- Friday, Oct. 26th to the day before the swearing-in : Demonstrations in front of Embassies, Parliaments and Foreign Ministries

- Nov 3rd (on an indicative basis): Demonstration against the swearing-in ceremony in embassies

- Addis Ababa: at the Embassy and in front of the African Union headquarters

- Brussels: at the Embassy and in front of the European Union headquarters

- Geneva: at the Embassy and at the United Nations Headquarters

- Libreville: at the Embassy and in front of the CEMAC headquarters and/or ECCAS

- New York: at the Embassy and in front of the United Nations Headquarters

- Strasbourg: European Parliament

- Washington: State Department

- The Vatican

The members of the Cameroonian diaspora must make the authorities of their host countries aware of the situation.

N.B.: From well-informed sources, the regime plans to use militia to perpetrate violence on people, break and burn goods on peaceful protest days against electoral hold-up of October 7th, 2018 and to blame us for these criminal acts. We therefore call on Cameroonians to be more vigilant and not give in to provocation.
